Tiondria Norris (“Dionne”

Tiondria is beyond excited and truly grateful to make her debut appearance with the Cutting Edge Theatre in their production of “Hair”. Originally from Miami, FL, Tiondria has been singing since the tender age of 4, and acting & dancing since grade 5. Upon graduating in 2012 with her B.S. in Classical Vocal Performance from Florida A & M University (Tallahassee, FL), she has had the pleasure of sharing her passion for the performing arts with students at all grade levels.

She married her college sweetheart, & the two relocated to New Orleans, LA in the summer of 2016, where she was blessed with the opportunity to continue teaching, as well as, become a background singer from Grammy award winning artist PJ Morton (a New Orleans native).

While Mrs. Norris enjoys teaching, her heart belongs to the stage. Her theatre credits include: “Smokey Joe’s Cafe” (Tiondria—Tallahassee, FL), “The Color Purple” (Celie—Tallahassee, FL), “Dreamgirls” (Deena Jones—Quincy, FL) “Chorus Line” (Sheila—Quincy, FL).

Tiondria would like to thank God for her gifts, her husband, TJ, for his consistent support, brand new baby boy, Timothy III, (affectionately called “Tre) for the motivation, & family and friends for their love! Also, a HUGE thank you to Brian & this amazing cast and crew for taking a chance on a Florida girl, and welcoming me into your family—you’re stuck with me now guys!! Lol
